He's busy but he does a great job. He honors his bids. His pricing is very competitive. One con would be that he doesn't like to take credit cards but he will take checks, debit, and real paper money.

I highly recommend JL Mechanical. Last fall our 30+ year old furnace was struggling to consistently engage and heat the house properly. JL made a service call and quickly identified the issue and showed me a temporary fix to keep the furnace properly engaged until I was ready to replace it. After getting a few bids to replace the furnace, JL offered the best value proposition which included help acquiring 0% interest financing on a new high efficiency furnace/AC unit with a smart thermostat control. As an added bonus, JL provided all the paperwork and information needed to successfully apply for rebates from our electricity and natural gas providers, as well as government tax credits (all of which were granted). And six months after the install, as promised, JL made a free service call to tune-up the AC unit's efficiency in the heat of the summer. JL Mechanical is Number One in my book for HVAC service. The owner/operator is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very responsive to the needs of the homeowner.
